Services

All Idaho Legal Aid Services' (ILAS) offices provide the following kinds of help to victims of domestic violence:

• protection orders
• divorce
• custody and/or visitation
• spousal and child support

In order to be eligible, you must be the following:

• victim of domestic violence
• referred by domestic violence shelter
• a low-income household
• without a lawyer

Some exceptions are:

• If ILAS does not have enough resources and/or staff to help, they may not be able to take the case.
