Idaho Legal Aid Individual Rights Services
Idaho Legal Aid Services' (ILAS) offices provide the following kinds of help
regarding individual rights in the regions of Twin Falls, Idaho Falls,
Pocatello, and Caldwell (farm workers only):
- mental health issues
- domestic violence
- housing
- public benefits
In order to be eligible, you must be the following:
- a disabled or institutionalized person
- a low-income household
Some exceptions are:
- The income guidelines may be waived if there are large, recurring medical
expenses, or if the person is in referred by Adult Protection Services.
- If ILAS does not have enough resources and/or staff to help, they may
not be able to take the case.
