Services

Idaho Legal Aid Services' (ILAS) offices provide the following kinds of help regarding individual rights in the regions of Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and Caldwell (farm workers only):

• mental health issues
• domestic violence
• housing
• public benefits

In order to be eligible, you must be the following:

• a disabled or institutionalized person
• a low-income household

Some exceptions are:

• The income guidelines may be waived if there are large, recurring medical expenses, or if the person is in referred by Adult Protection Services.
• If ILAS does not have enough resources and/or staff to help, they may not be able to take the case.
