Hours: Offices are generally open to the public Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. but local variations in these hours occur based on staffing levels and holidays. Please check our Events tab for holiday and other office closures.

Apply for Help: Apply for our services by phone, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays), from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time (9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon Pacific Time), by calling: 208- 746-7541. Phone intake is closed on Fridays. However, you may click here to apply online at any time.
