Hours: Offices are generally open to the public Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. but local variations in these hours occur based on staffing levels and holidays. Please check our Events tab for holiday and other office closures.
Apply for Help: Apply for our services by phone, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays), from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time (9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon Pacific Time), by calling: (208) 746-7541. Phone intake is closed on Fridays. However, you may click here to apply online at any time.
Please note that we cannot give specific legal advice through our website. Unfortunately, our organization has very few staff. In order to save time and work more efficiently, an interview and intake process must be completed to find out whether you are eligible for our services before you may speak with an attorney. This way, the attorneys can devote their time to those who qualify for services.
