Idaho Legal Aid Services welcomes law students to apply for externships or internships during the fall, spring, or summer semester at any of our offices. However, externship or internship opportunities may not always be available in every ILAS office.
Law school applicants should have completed their first year (1L Year) of law school to be eligible for an internship or externship.
Summer Availability Note: ILAS is currently at capacity for summer interns in our Boise and Nampa offices. For all other offices, please reach out directly to the office you're interested in to inquire about summer internship opportunities.
