Every Idahoan is entitled to fair treatment by government agencies, employers, and institutions - regardless of income or disability. Idaho Legal Aid Services (ILAS) handles civil-rights claims involving discrimination in housing, employment, or public spaces, as well as represents individuals with disabilities in fights for equal access to education, services, and accommodation.
